Full Refund Policy Details
";
This section explains when a full refund is available, when it is not, and how we measure access to digital curriculum. It applies to all enrollments unless a different written agreement states otherwise.
;
Definitions: enrollment and access
";
Enrollment starts when your payment is confirmed and your student account is created or activated, whichever happens first. “Accessing one week’s activities” includes opening lessons or units, downloading or printing materials, submitting work, or completing activities from more than the first week of the course plan.
;
Refund rule and timeline
";
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of enrollment. Refunds are not available if the 7-day window has passed or if more than one week’s activities have been accessed at any time, even if the request is within 7 days.
;
Why digital access changes eligibility
";
Our courses include digital curriculum that becomes available immediately after enrollment. Once materials beyond the first week are opened or downloaded, access cannot be reversed, so we cannot offer refunds after that point.
;
Processing Fees
";If a refund is approved, the refund amount may be reduced by any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by our payment processor. These fees are not retained by Censova and are not returned to us when a payment is refunded.

FAQ / Common Questions
What counts as “accessing” a week’s activities?
Accessing means your account opens that week’s lesson or activity content (for example, viewing the lesson page, downloading materials, or submitting an assignment). Simply logging in without opening that week’s content typically does not count.
What if I missed the 7-day window?
If you contact us after 7 days, we may not be able to issue a refund. In many cases, we can offer an account credit you can use toward a future course instead.
Can I get a partial refund?
Partial refunds are usually not available once any course content has been accessed. If you are unsure, contact us and we will review your account activity and share your options.
Can I transfer my enrollment to another course or child?
Often, yes. If a refund is not possible, we may be able to move your enrollment to a different course start date, a different course, or another child in your family. Contact us with the student name and the course details so we can confirm what is possible.
How long does refund processing take?
Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
